Terms & Conditions


We accept the following payments: United States issued Credit Cards and/or Paypal for purchases up to $10,000, for purchases $10,001 and above payment must be via Wire Transfer. If a wire is your form of payment, we will promptly contact you with wiring instructions once your order has been received. 

Return Policy: 
All Pre-Owned watches have a 5 day inspection period to qualify for a full refund (excluding any shipping and handling costs). The inspection period will start from the time that the delivery was signed for based on carrier records. If items are being returned for any reason other than mechanical malfunction refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns and/or exchanges MUST be shipped within 7 days of the watch being received by the customer. All returns MUST be sent back in the same condition in which they were sold. This includes all boxes, papers, books, and accessories. All returns will be full inspected prior to any refunds being given, should any merchandise not be met by the above guidelines Limited Watches reserves the right to refuse merchandise. Our claims department will need 5 business days to determine if a refund or exchange is possible.  

All sales on Brand New watches and Special Customized Rolex's (i.e DressyourRolex section) are final. 
 Before shipping your watch you must first contact your support specialist for a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) which should be displayed on the outer box.  If PayPal was used as payment a credit will be refunded to customer's PayPal account. Domestic customers who paid via wire transfer will receive refund via company check. International customers who paid via wire will be refunded via wire (excluding any wire fees). Domestic customers who paid via credit card will be refunded to their credit card account. 
Availability & Pricing: 
Watches displayed for sale may have already been purchased. Availability is updated as often as possible. If a watch displayed as available when the order was placed, but we no longer have it in stock, we will inform you of this fact and your credit card will not be charged.

Price is based on retail price and availability at the time of the posting. The major brand watch companies increase the retail price a few times per year. We try to update pricing as soon as we are notified of a retail price increase, however, if there was a very recent increase, prices might not reflect right away. Therefore prices are subject to change. 

Limited-Watches Inc. is not an authorized dealer of any of the watch brands we sell and do not claim to be. All of our watches regardless of their condition, are pre-owned and therefore are not covered under factory warranty. 
Please note we do not cover any water damage done to a watch, as we do not guaranty any watch to be 100% water proof.
Trade In:
When a customer trade in his watch he approves Limited-Watches 3 days to verify his or her watch. Once we approve your watch and charge your credit card you agree that you watch will be sold and that any termination of this contract, by disputing the charge on your credit card, you the customer allow Limited-Watches to take action and ship you a replacement watch. 
Trade ins work as following, customer ships his watch, pays for the difference between his watch and the new watch, customer receives his watch. If for any reason a customer disputes the charge on his or her credit card, we will reverse the transaction and ship back the watch, if the watch was sold, we will ship a replacement watch. 
Once the customer disputes the chargeback with his financial institution - you break the agreement between Limited-Watches Inc. and "You", the customer.
