All Pre-Owned watches have a 5 day inspection period to qualify for a full refund (excluding any shipping and handling costs). The inspection period will start from the time that the delivery was signed for based on carrier records. If items are being returned for any reason other than mechanical malfunction refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns and/or exchanges MUST be shipped within 7 days of the watch being received by the customer. All returns MUST be sent back in the same condition in which they were sold. This includes all boxes, papers, books, and accessories. All returns will be full inspected prior to any refunds being given, should any merchandise not be met by the above guidelines Limited Watches reserves the right to refuse merchandise. Our claims department will need 5 business days to determine if a refund or exchange is possible.
All sales on Brand New watches and Special Customized Rolex's (i.e DressyourRolex section) are final.
Before shipping your watch you must first contact your support specialist for a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) which should be displayed on the outer box. If PayPal was used as payment a credit will be refunded to customer's PayPal account. Domestic customers who paid via wire transfer will receive refund via company check. International customers who paid via wire will be refunded via wire (excluding any wire fees). Domestic customers who paid via credit card will be refunded to their credit card account
