Items purchased on the Dress-Your-Watch section are prepared for shipping within 7 to 10 business days. Any items purchased on the Rolex Men`s, Rolex Women`s, Fine Jewelry, or Clearance pages will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Insurance 

All orders up to $75,000 are shipped fully insured against damage, loss and theft.
For your protection, a signature is required prior to release of the package. Please make sure that an adult will be available at time of delivery to accept and sign for the package. Before accepting the package, please inspect it for any sign of tampering or damage.
 
International Shipping 
Limited Watches ships products worldwide via fully insured international shipping services. The shipping and insurance are included in the price of the watch and there is no additional fee for shipping.
Limited Watches  is not responsible for any additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. Since custom and duty policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for an estimate of these additional fees before ordering. These costs must be paid locally and directly by the customer. Also, please note that Limited Watches will declare the full value that you paid for your watch.
 
APO/FPO 
Orders are shipped using the US Postal Service. Delivery on these orders can be delayed up to 10 days. Standard California sales tax applies to all California orders. Orders to all other locations are not subject to sales tax. 

Armored Transport Delivery  
Limited Watches will deliver any high value order by armored transport to the following cities: Antwerp, Bangkok, Bombay, Dubai, Frankfurt, Geneva, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, London, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Osaka, Taipei, Tel Aviv, Tokyo, or Zurich, at additional cost. Please contact us for delivery rates.
 
Return For Service
Shipping & insurance costs for warranty returns to Limited Watches
 must be covered by the customer. All watches must be sent by prepaid insured and traceable mail courier. The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment. All warranty returns must have a Return Authorization Code visible on the outside box
